Refund Policy

1. Free Tier
marcomauto offers a free Starter plan with no charges. If you are on the free plan, there is nothing to refund. We encourage you to explore the platform on the free plan before subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for unused time remaining in a monthly billing cycle.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for the full year. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided that no projects have been exported during that period. After 14 days, or if any project exports have been made, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Add-Ons
Add-ons include additional team seats, client brand slots, storage upgrades, recurring AI text/image capacity packs, and one-time AI top-ups. Seats, storage, and recurring AI packs are pro-rated for the partial first month. From the next renewal onward, you pay the full monthly price. Client brand add-ons are charged the full monthly price on add (not pro-rated). One-time AI top-ups charge once.
Recurring add-ons renew automatically every month until removed. One-time AI top-ups do not renew or expire. All add-ons and AI top-ups are non-refundable, including AI text packs and AI image generation packs. When you remove a recurring add-on, it stops renewing on future add-on cycles; no refund or credit is issued for the current cycle.
For tenants on annual base subscriptions, recurring add-ons (seats, client brands, storage, and recurring AI packs) still bill on a monthly cadence anchored to your subscription anniversary day, regardless of the annual base cycle.
5. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise subscriptions are subject to individual agreements. Refund terms for enterprise customers are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the workspace owner must contact us at support@marcomauto.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
