Batch Generator

Some campaigns need more than one version of a visual. Different headlines for A/B testing, different offers for different regions, different photos for different audiences. Creating each variation manually means duplicating the project, changing the content, and exporting again. The Batch Generator removes that repetition entirely.

Start with text. Download an XLSX template that matches your project. The spreadsheet has columns for every text field, grouped by language. Fill in as many rows as you need, each row representing a different variation. Upload it back, and every variation is ready to preview and export.

Then layer in media. The Photo Variations section lists the background plus every image layer and every video layer on the canvas. Pick which one you want to swap, add several photos or videos from your library in one go, and tick which text rows each file should pair with. The same photo can feed multiple audiences by duplicating the variant and adjusting its pairings.

Click the eye icon on any row or variant to preview it live on the canvas. Text and media previews compose, so you can check a specific pairing before committing. When you are ready, export every combination across all selected dimensions and languages in one operation. The output is organized into folders by variant and row, with clear file naming that tells you exactly what each file is.
